When a popular, charming billionaire named Arthur Fortune opens a megastore in Springfield, Mr. Burns decides that he wants to be loved, too. With Homer's help, he comes up with a scheme to capture the Loch Ness Monster and bring it to Springfield. He succeeds in his mission, but accidentally causes a fire during the unveiling of the monster. Burns decides that he doesn't need to be loved and gets the monster a job working at a casino.
