"The Simpson's 400th Watch & Win Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fox Broadcasting Company ("Sponsor"), 10201 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90035.

1.ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and Washington D. C. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and not a minor in his/her state of residence, and who have internet access as of May 19, 2007. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted and outside the 48 continental United States and Washington D.C. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Fox Entertainment Group, News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Gracie Films and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Each online entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account associated with the e-mail address provided by entrant as of May 19, 2007. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, an online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail account at the time of entry.

2. START AND END DATES. Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on May 20, 2007 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on May 21, 2007.

3. HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase Necessary. To enter look for The Simpson's Movie commercial during the season finale of The Simpson's airing on FOX from 8pm-9pm (ET/PT) on May 20, 2007 and identify the type of animal Homer holds up to the ceiling. Enter at fox.com by linking to the registration page and entering all necessary information, including your full name, age, e-mail address and phone number with area code, along with your choice for the answer to the question. Only correct answers will be eligible for the prize drawing. Limit one entry per person per email address. Subsequent entries from a person or e-mail address will not be eligible for prizes. Each e-mail entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address identified in the entrant's entry. Sweepstakes winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered via e-mail, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. One winner per household. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. FOX, Fox Entertainment Group, News America, Inc. Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Gracie Films and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents will not be responsible technical or human errors in transmission of, or receipt of, telephone calls and/or miscommunication, as well as for technical or human errors in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of email entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from submitting an email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. All entries and information become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All information collected from you is being collected by Sponsor whose privacy policies will apply thereto, to be used solely in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable law. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm PST on May 21, 2007.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. On or about June 4, 2007, one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) Runner Up Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries. The selected winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about June 4, 2007. The selected winners will be required to respond to the winner notification by e-mail and/or telephone within 48 hours of attempted notification and, in such response, must provide his/her full name, complete mailing address, phone number including area code and date of birth to be eligible to receive prize. Selected winners must also meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules including, without limitation, residency and age requirements. The failure to respond timely and completely to the winner notification will result in forfeiture of the prize, and in such case, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. An alternate winner will be selected randomly from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to meet the eligibility requirements; or (iii) cannot accept or receive a prize for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.

5. PRIZES: The Simpson's 400th Watch & Win Sweepstakes
A. One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, California in July 2007 (exact dates to be determined by sponsor) to attend the premiere screening of "The Simpson's Movie", consisting of: (a) round-trip, economy-class air transportation for four (4) from the major airport with regularly scheduled flights closest to the winner's permanent residence to Los Angeles, California, (b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one quad occupancy room and room tax only), (c) Ground travel (airport to hotel roundtrip), (d) Transportation from hotel to premiere and back, and (e) Four (4) tickets to the movie premiere on date to be determined. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3000.00 depending on location of winner's residence. Winner's guests must be 18 years of age or older (and not a minor in his/her state of residence). Winner and winner's guests must travel on the same itinerary and must have valid identification and any other documents necessary for domestic air travel,. Winner will be responsible for all applicable travel and other insurance, all applicable airport charges including without limitation, any excess baggage charges, airport taxes, fees, fuel charges and applicable fees; and tickets are not transferable, refundable or redeemable. Winner will be responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize, and cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided that if the movie screening is cancelled or postponed, that portion of the prize may be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefor. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of their likeness, photograph, name, or voice for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide (including winner list) by Sponsor, Fox Entertainment Group, and Fox Interactive Media, Inc. without additional compensation or notification.

B. Five (5) Runner up winners will each win one (1) 18x24 full color canvas print stretched onto a wooden frame with The Simpson's 400th Episode commemorative artwork. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each runner-up prize is $60 ($300 total).

The ARV of all prizes is $3,300.

6. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes subject to these complete Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. All federal state or other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that FOX, Fox Entertainment Group, News America, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Gracie Films and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or usage of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes, administration of the Sweepstakes or in announcements involving the prizes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or the online portion) should a virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH ENTRANT. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
